He studied Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He is PhD candidate in Law (UBA) PhD Doctoral Fellow of the National Scientific and Technical Research with a project entitled: “The role of law in biopolitical discourse”. He is Researcher at the Institute of Legal and Social Research “A.L. Gioja”. He is professor at the Faculty of Law (University of Buenos Aires) at the moment teaching the course: “Michel Foucault, the law and the power”. Hi is Director of the project entitled: “The law into and from Michel Foucault” in the Faculty of Law (UBA) and member of the project “Bodies unsubmissive and critical paradigm. Distance and proximity in the thread of knowledge to recognition: Memory, Testimony and representation” in the Faculty of Social Sciences (UBA). Professor of “State Theory”, “Elements of Constitutional Law” and “Sociology of Law” at the Faculty of Law (UBA), and “State Theory” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Palermo (Buenos Aires). His research is about the deficits that Michel Foucault, Giorgio Agamben and Roberto Esposito in their approach to law.
