Ben Golder

Dr Ben Golder teaches courses on law and social theory, on public law, and on the politics of human rights, in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales. He holds undergraduate law and English literature degrees from UNSW and a doctorate in legal theory from the University of London. He works at the intersection of political theory and critical legal theory, and is currently writing a book about post-foundational approaches to human rights. His most recent book is Foucault and the Politics of Rights (Stanford: Stanford University Press).
