Graduated in psychology (UAEH) and philosophy (UAQ). Master in political philosophy (UNAM). Ph. D. candidate in political philosophy. He is currently a professor and researcher at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, Mexico. Topics of interest include: biopolitics, bioethics, ethics and political philosophy, the boundaries of the human and the nonhuman, post and transhumanism, security and biosecurity.
