Ph.D. in Philosphy of the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Master in Philosophy of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and Bachelor in Philosophy at Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Has been visitant professor at Universidad Nacional de Río Negro. Currently is professor at Faculty of Social Sciences, Universidad de Buenos Aires. He is author of several books such as “Escrituras interferidas” (Paidós, Buenos Aires, 2000), “Spinoza, la política de las pasiones” (Gedisa, Buenos Aires-Barcelona, 1990, 1998), “Dispositivos institucionales” (Lugar, Buenos Aires, 1990, 1995, 1999), “Subjetividades” (Editorial Nordan -Montevideo, 1989), among others. His current research project is “Políticas de la biopolítica: ontologías subyacentes e imaginarios socioculturales”.
