Letizia Konderak is a PostDoctoral Fellow at the Center for Advanced Studies – Southeast Europe, University of Rijeka, and Assistant to the Chair of Philosophical Hermeneutics at the University of Bari. The main topic of her research is the spatiality of politics, which she is currently declining through an analysis of Hannah Arendt and Carl Schmitt. She obtained her Ph.D. in Moral Philosophy at the University of Bari in 2021, with a dissertation on the idea of World in Hannah Arendt’s thought. This work resulted in a monography, edited by the Publishing House Orthotes in Italian in 2022, titled “Worldliness of Man and Humanity of the World. The Overcoming of Worldlessness in Hannah Arendt”. She published several articles on the topic of the durability of the world and its consumption, the problem of rightlessness, and cosmopolitanism.
